How is recovered data delivered?

The data is delivered on a hard drive, flash drive or memory card. If you prefer, we can also deliver it through an encrypted cloud space. For all the steps of the process, see the process page.

When are the copies in the lab deleted?

After the recovered data has been delivered to you, the copies in the lab are securely deleted.

Data destruction service

We permanently destroy the data on storage units such as mobile phones, hard drives, memory cards, flash drives and servers so that it cannot be brought back. Contact us for your data destruction requests.

Is my information visible in the job tracking system?

You can log in to the tracking system only with your email address and the tracking code sent to you. In the job tracking system you see the updates through which you follow the work on your request, the messages our team sends you and the replies you write.
