Which guide should I start with?

If you are not sure what happened, start with the first 10 minutes after data loss page. You can find out whether to go with software or a lab in this decision guide. For a list of all topics, see our guides page.

How does the process work?

We first examine your device, determine what can be recovered and send you the price in writing. If you do not accept the quote, you take your device back without paying. All the steps are described on the process page, timing on the duration page, and the factors that determine the price on the pricing page.

Data destruction service

We permanently destroy data on storage units such as mobile phones, hard drives, memory cards, flash drives and servers so that it cannot be brought back. Contact us for this and similar requests.

How long does it take, and how much does it cost?

Standard jobs take an average of 10 business days, urgent jobs an average of 24 business hours. The actual time depends on the type of failure, sourcing the required part and the capacity of the drive. Some jobs are completed within a few hours, while others can take months.

The price depends on the type of failure, the part required and how long the work takes. After the analysis we send you the exact price in writing. If you do not accept the quote, you take your device back without paying. Not every case is covered by the free analysis. For requests outside the scope of the free analysis, written information about the analysis fee is sent before work begins. For details, see the what determines the price and duration pages.
